A management core whose modules are switched on according to the trade: interventions, clients, documents, invoicing and reports — with a monitoring part that detects connected equipment and collects its measurements.

The project
Where we started, what we built
Context
The company was running its business from several binders and shared folders. Each department kept its own files, with no consolidated view and no common reference data.
The problem
No overall view of the business, documents hard to find, invoicing tracked by hand, and information duplicated from one department to the next.
Our response
We built a shared core — users, rights, reference data, action log — into which independent business modules plug. The client switches on what they need; missing modules are built without calling the existing ones into question. A monitoring module detects the equipment present on the network, records it in a device registry and ingests its telemetry over MQTT. It is this architecture that makes the core transferable from one sector to another.
