Where we started, what we built
Context
An agency selling tours needs a showcase that matches the destinations it offers: tour catalogue, photo gallery, contact and booking brought together in one place instead of spread across social media and one-off messages.
The problem
Without a browsable online catalogue or a clear booking journey, every tour enquiry or custom-quote request went through a manual exchange, with no overview of the offers available.
Our response
We built a public site organised around the tour catalogue, a photo gallery, a presentation of the agency and a contact form, with an online booking journey and a custom-tour request. An instant messaging widget lets the team answer visitors in real time.
